GUINATAANG HIPON


INgredients:

1 pound shrimp

4 cups coconut milk

1/2 lb kamias sliced

salt and pepper to taste

Place coconut milk in a saucepan on medium heat.cook for 30 mins stir occasionally then when it starts to separate..stir constantly..when the latik turns golden brown add the shrimp.fry the shrimp in this oil for 2 mins then add the kamias and continue frying until the shrimp cooked through..season with salt and pepper and serve with rice…
