bundle of sitaw cut 2 inch length
1 medium tomato chopped
1 med chopped onion
3 cloves garlic chopped
ground pork or pork cubed
2 tbsp oil
soy sauce about 3 tbsp
Heat oil..saute garlic,onion and tomato..add pork and stir fry for anout 5 minutes..
add in soy sauce and pepper and continue cooking the meat in low heat
add in sitaw and stir fry for another 3 minutes or so
serve with white rice
