1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp vetsin
3 clove garlic,smashed
2 bay leaves
1 medium onion,chopped
1 tsp black ground pepper
1 1/2 cups water
Make a a 1 1/2 inch crosswise cuts on each piece of pork belly,
but be careful not to cut through the skin.

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan..

Deep fry until golden brown and serve with your favorite sauce
