FRIED FISH

8 pieces of butterfish,cleaned

2 tsp of freshly ground pepper

2 tsp salt

1/2 cup flour

oil for frying

Salt and pepper the fish,then dip into the flour. Let rest for 30 minutes. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side and remove to a platter.
