ENSELADANG TALONG
Ingredients:
3 med sized eggplant
2 small chopped tomatoes
1 smallĀ thinly sliced onion
1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut milk (thick part only )
chopped chives
salt and pepper
grill the eggplant..peel off the charred skin and chop them up..
mix all ingredients together and serveĀ with rice and grilled fish.
