DEEP FRIED PORK BELLY

Place thinly sliced pork belly in a pan with enough water to cover the meat,2 tsp salt,whole black pepper,1-2 dried hot pepper,garlic,and bay leaf. Simmer for about 110 minutes.

Take them out from the pan and dry them with paper towel. I wasnt planning on using sauce here so I sprinkle more salt and pepperĀ  and make small slices .

deep fry for about 2-3 minutes or until nicely browned

serve with your favorite sauce..
