BEST CHICKEN CURRY
10 chicken wings,thighs or drumsticks
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp curry powder
1 red bell pepper,sliced
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 large onion
3 ginger roots,sliced
4 cloves garlic,sliced
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cans coconut milk
3 chillies

Heat up the skillet or wok and add in cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, stir fry the onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
add in the chickenĀ and curry powder,tomato pasteĀ and the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes
Serve with white rice
