5-6 cups water
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/3 cup sugar or to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
evap or condensed milk to serve
Cook rice in a medium-sized saucepan with water. Stir constantly. When rice is ready (rice should be somewhat transparent), add cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Serve in bowls with swirls of sweet condensed milk or evap on top.
