Bok choy cooks very fast and needs very little seasoning .
about 2 cups sliced bok choy
2 garlic cloves,chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce-(try to use light soy sauce -for better taste)
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Saute garlic in olive oil
Add in bokchoy,light soy sauce and ground pepper and saute for about 6 minutes
