Ripe bananas
sugar
oil for deep frying
bamboo skewer
Peel off skin…
Heat oil in a large wok and deep fry bananas until golden brown
Adding sugar is a little bit tricky..If you want to save the oil for another use,caramelized the sugar in another pan.If not ,just simply sprinkle sugar to the oil..
