2-3 salmon steaks
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp balck pepper
1 medium onion,sliced
3 cloves galic,sliced
Combine all ingredients and marinate salmon steaks for at least 4 hours or overnight..
Arrange salmon in a baking dish and bake at 400 F for about 30 minutes or until nicely done..
